DescriptionSUMMARYThe Vice President of Luxury Residential Sales - Americas will be a proven sales leader possessing superior strategic planning, business development and sales management skills. They will spearhead the sales strategy and execution for the Luxury Residential business including independent representatives, audio-video dealers, consultants, architects, end users, developers, and other key influencers. This role will oversee and drive revenue growth for Sonance's complete portfolio of residential audio/video solutions in the United States, Canada, and LATAM.PM21RequirementsESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Other duties may be assigned.Develop and lead the overall sales strategy and go-to-market plans to achieve aggressive revenue growth targets across all product lines for the Luxury Residential business.Establish and drive achievement of annual sales goals, quotas and performance metrics across the Americas.Recruit, hire, coach and manage a high-performing sales team including regional directors, account managers, sales engineers and channel partners.Develop strong relationships and strategic partnerships with key customers, industry partners, consultants and influencers.Analyze sales data, customer programs, market trends, and competitive landscape throughout the Americas to identify opportunities and optimize strategies.Design and implement new sales processes, incentive programs and campaigns to drive sales growth.Provide executive leadership for annual sales planning, budgeting, forecasting and expense management.Present quarterly sales results, analysis and strategic recommendations to the executive team.Collaborate with channel marketing on brand building, product launches, lead generation and channel initiatives.Work interactively with Product Marketing to identify market trends, offer new product insights, and develop go-to-market plans for new product introductions.Significant travel required to interact with regional teams and key customers/partners.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree required.10+ years of successful sales management and leadership experience, in the CEDIA space.Proven track record of developing world-class sales teams and driving growth across all designated markets.Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen and analytical skills.Expertise in pipeline management, sales forecasting, budgeting and P&L management.Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.Collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams.Willingness for frequent international (Canada, LATAM) and domestic travel (50%+).CHARACTERISTICSEntrepreneurial mindset and drive for growthStrategic visionary with sound international business judgmentCompetitive spirit to drive market share gains worldwideInspirational multinational leadership and people management skillsAnalytical and data-driven decision-making capabilitiesHigh integrity and ethical standardsResilient and composed under pressureInfluential communicator and presenterEnthusiastic and energizing team leader
