MyPoint is seeking a Branch Manager for our Carlsbad location. This position is responsible for all functions of the assigned branch with particular emphasis on managing within a member-driven, sales and service environment. This position also plans, directs, and controls the activities of branch personnel towards the attainment of branch goals including production, sales, quality member service, and security control. The position will be required to travel to the various branches to provide needed support.

The ideal candidate must have 5-8 years of related managerial experience in all phases of branch management involving member service, sales goals, quality, and budget control. In addition, the ideal candidate must have excellent managerial skills with an emphasis on planning, organization, motivation, and leadership, as well as a thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance and consumer lending products. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

This is a full-time exempt position, and you must be willing to serve as Saturday Branch Manager when assigned.

Starting salary range: $67,310 - $105,000
