Job DescriptionAs a Senior Product Manager for Epsilon Customer, our Customer Data Platform (CDP), you will support the product operational processes, product strategy development, customer requirements gathering, competitive intelligence, go-to-market activities, and sales enablement for our solution that enables managing an accurate view of customers for marketing and supports analytics, owned and paid channel audience activation.This role is a team contributor and will have an opportunity to mature product management skills and grow their career. The role will have responsibility for engaging with customers, product marketing, platform management, and product engineering.The senior product manager requires strong problem-solving skills such as uncovering and understanding customer problems, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape. Additionally, this role will need to have strong program management skills to manage multiple workstreams of activity across the solution.Responsibilities

Understand and prioritize customer problems and articulate them clearly to build requirements for future development. This role does not need to define ‘how’ to technically build the solution. Instead, advocating ‘why’ and detailing business and user requirements are key.Maintain the product backlog and work with product management and engineering colleagues to prioritize our development aligned with the business strategy.Review and refine product documentation.Track user feedback and usage patterns to inform enhancements.Present product roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders.Train internal SMEs on product capabilities and differentiators.Support Sales by addressing client questions on capabilities and business outcomes the product delivers.Manage multiple projects, activities, and timelines that span product strategy, enhancement prioritization, product backlog, product documentation, competitive analysis, and go-to-market support.Requirements

Five plus years of product management experience in a SaaS company, ideally B2C marketing technology or equivalent of outlined responsibilities.Understanding of the value of first-party data, data management, and the challenges of media activation.Experience developing the competitive positioning and go-to-market strategies of a client-facing solution.Curious mindset.Ability to analyze the marketplace.Inherent passion about marketing and technology.Ability to influence cross-functional team members without formal authority.Bachelor’s degree.Travel – less than 10%.What You’ll Bring With You
