Specialized Experience:
For the
GS-15
grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the
GS-14
grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes:Working with housing programs (i.e. Community Planning & Development grants, Operating Subsidy, Capital Fund, Section 8 vouchers, Family Self Sufficiency, homeownership, Community and Supportive Services, or housing development and financing);
ANDExperience analyzing policy and developing options and recommendations for new or revised policies and procedures related to assisted housing programs;
ANDCollaborating with program officials, residents, Federal, State, and local government officials, or citizen groups on a variety of housing project technical matters;
ANDAnalyzing issues/problems, developing strategies, and presenting solutions to senior management and high level officials.Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or
volunteer service
