Description and Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of North America Sales Strategy to drive our business to new heights. The Director of NA Sales Strategy is responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision of the NA International Sales Organization. They will lead the organization in identifying, developing, and implementing strategies that improve business operations, create growth opportunities, and increase market share. The Strategy Director will collaborate with the executive team to ensure that the organization's goals, objectives, and strategies are aligned with its mission and vision.Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and visionResearch and analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities, threats, and trendsLead and collaborate on strategic planning;

goal setting, resource allocation, and implementationDevelop performance metrics to measure the success of strategic goalsMonitor and report on the progress of strategies, plans, and initiativesDevelop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and external organizationsSupport the executive team in decision-making and problem-solvingBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field5+ years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, or related field10+ years in the hardware, services and software marketPreferred Qualifications:Knowledge of NA market research and data analysis techniquesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and project management skillsAble to develop and present compelling argumentsAble to think creatively and strategicallyProven track record of developing and executing successful strategies
