Quality

Master Data Steward

with regional responsibilities for setting up and providing master data governance. This individual will play a crucial role in establishing new global master data objects and providing governance to a regional team on plant-specific master data objects.

The Master Data Steward with quality will be responsible for training and auditing on plant-based master data objects and the manufacturing transfer process.

This position will be remote.

What You Will DoCollaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain global master data objects in alignment with standard processes and the business needs of the MPS manufacturing sites.Develop and maintain comprehensive training material and procedures in line with the established governance for master data, including data cleansing, data validation, and data migration.Continuously identify and implement improvements to data operation procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulations, standards, and industry best practices.Execute tests to validate the integrity of the master data process and assess the effectiveness of manufacturing transfers.Support data migration efforts related to acquisitions and product transfers, ensuring accurate and seamless integration of master data.Stay updated with emerging data management technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement in master data governance practices.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality in medical devicesMinimum of 2 years of experience working with SAP.At least 1 year of experience working within standard procedures and adhering to prescribed methods.What Will Put You Ahead

Experience in creating and establishing best practices for data governance, including data cleansing, data validation, and data migration.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.Working knowledge of systems accounting, including material pricing, costing, purchase orders, sales orders, and project accounting.Familiarity with engineering change management activities, specifically manufacturing transfer processes.Proficiency in managing materials, BOMs (Bill of Materials), routings, and production versions to reflect planned workflows.Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in data analytics / Microsoft Excel.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical skills/opportunities, specifically in the realm of mass load capabilities and general data governance practices.Experience in Data management
