As a pharmacist at Lee Health Regional Cancer Center, you'll play a vital role in the preparation, dispensing, and monitoring of medications, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients across all age groups.What You'll Do:
Prepare, dispense, and oversee the use of medications throughout the facility.Maintain a safe, rational, and efficient medication process in accordance with state and federal laws.Provide direct supervision of pharmacy technicians and support staff.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver the highest standards of patient care.Requirements:
Education:Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited college.Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy with equivalent and acceptable experience also considered.Experience:Five years of professionally responsible experience for Bachelor's Degree holders.Recent inpatient hospital experience as a staff pharmacist or pharmacy intern in a general medical/surgical hospital preferred for PharmD candidates.Pharmacy Internship Required.Licensure:Active Pharmacist License in the State of Florida required or eligible to obtain.Join Lee Health and be part of a team that's not just about providing care but about making every moment matter.
