Mission + Cause is partnering with a boutique PR firm in San Francisco to hire an entrepreneurial, collaborative and mission-driven VP of Sales & Marketing who will lead out on all new business efforts. The firm focuses on and is committed to equity, inclusion and social impact.

This role is hybrid and applicants must be in the San Francisco area or willing to relocate.Responsibilities (at a glance):Establishing sales goals and objectives that align with the agency's business objectives.Managing the full business development life cycle, including fielding, consulting, pitching and closing new accounts.Developing and presenting presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients and highlighting the agency's unique services and value proposition.Creating and executing annual and quarterly marketing strategies that elevate the brand's visibility in the marketplace; setting key marketing performance benchmarks.Developing reports analyzing marketing performance, tracking KPIs and identifying areas for improvement.Building and leading the agency's sales and marketing team.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business, marketing, communications or a related field.Sales experience in an agency environment (Communications, PR, Marketing, Advertising, Public Affairs, etc.) strongly preferred.7+ years of progressive experience in a sales role (selling services).5+ years of marketing experience.5+ years of experience in building and maintaining client relationships.4+ years of leading and managing teams.Proven experience driving business revenue and results through digital marketing strategies.Proven track record in closing new business through full sales cycle.
