About the Role

As an Innovation Manager on the Innovation and Platform Operations (IPO) Team, you will lead and oversee strategic digital projects that align with our business objectives. Your focus will be on evaluating the initiative rationale, ensuring it delivers substantial business and customer value, and prioritizing those initiatives within the broader roadmap.

You will collaborate with strategic leaders and technically inclined Product and Development teams, translating business requirements into projects with a vision towards Old Navy's long-term planning. This role requires excellent strategic thinking, emphasizing the WHY behind initiatives, and communicating business and customer values equally to project teams and stakeholders alike.

"Leading Without Authority" will be crucial for rallying business partners, third-party vendors, and customer insights into cohesive project plans. You will provide brand-led, business-focused direction to lead innovations from concept to execution.

What You'll Do

Innovation and Improvement

Lead and improve innovation processes including roadmap development, business case development, validation, testing and benchmarking, approval gates, and SOP'sSupporting a high level of internal knowledge and awareness of digital strategies through continuous training and innovation initiativesStay current with emerging trends and technologies while bringing new ideas to the table

Data-Driven Decision Making

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related fieldIn lieu of bachelor's degree, equivalent years of experience and proven track record in closely related fields will be considered2+ years of experience in digital strategy or related experienceStrong project management and leadership skillsDemonstrated success in developing and implementing digital initiatives focused in eCommerceProven understanding of Agile and Design Thinking process, tools and best practices preferredExperience with digital marketing tools, Analytics platforms, Project Management (JIRA/Confluence), Microsoft Suite, MiroExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExperience in a strategic role, product or experience design, or similar role (Preferred)Problem-spotting AND Problem-solving aptitudeStrong organizational and collaborative abilitiesStrong analytical and creative thinking skillsFamiliarity with HTML and CSS preferred

Salary Range:

$136,100 - $180,400 USDEmployee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
