Job Description

What you will be doing:Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly serviceDirect and manage activity related to the Sales department, ensuring all service standards are followedResponsible for achievement of individual goalsDirect sales initiatives for the hotelProvide guidance and direction in the development of segment action plansBe responsible for account management of key market segmentsEnsure the achievement of sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basisReview sales contracts, considering the number of rooms, average rate and total revenue objectives of the hotelParticipate in select sales activities both on and off propertySet individual room revenue and/or room night goalsParticipate in any Sales Incentive ProgramsEnsure the integrity of key accounts, the key prospect database and monitoring of the sales software programs for accuracy and thoroughnessBalance operational, administrative and colleague needsFollow departmental policies and proceduresFollow all safety policiesOther duties as assignedSalary Range: $85,000 - $114,000 USD Gross AnnualPhysical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

Frequent standing and walking throughout shiftOccasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, liftingOccasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and rampsQualifications

Your experience and skills include:Previous leadership experience within sales requiredComputer literate in Microsoft Windows applications and/or relevant computer applications requiredUniversity/College degree in a related discipline requiredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal requiredStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
