As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ideating, developing, and integrating low-latency software systems to perform and operate at the highest standards.Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain software systems and toolsets using a variety of modern programming languagesPioneer computational optimizations in codebases with advanced linear algebra, digital signal processing, and matrix/tensor operationsStreamline pipelines to process radar data for customers using proprietary internal tools and applicationsUtilize low-level languages to efficiently interact with hardware systems to retrieve and parse large amounts of radar dataCommunicate cross-functionally with various technical and business development teams to build product lines and internal toolingOwn the end-to-end process of design and implementation of feature sets or projectsTackle challenging software and system design problemsGenerate functional requirements, technical specifications, and development plansQualifications
Has a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related quantitative field from an accredited 4-year universityHas 3-5 years of experience in Software Engineering or a related engineering disciplineProficient in C/C++, Python, TypeScript and/or other modern programming languagesFamiliar with modern data-infrastructure pipelines, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), and agile software development methodologiesFamiliar with various processing architectures (x86_64, arm64, CUDA)Has a deep understanding of software design and architecture and can implement these concepts in the development processHas keen leadership skills and can functionally mentor junior engineersMust be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearanceNice to Have
Prior experience working with digital signal processing (DSP) softwarePrior experience working with memory-optimized HPC/embedded systemsExperience programming using NVIDIA’s CUDA toolkit$100,000 - $130,000 a year
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary might vary based on work experience, education, training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in full-time offers.
