Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our multinational luxury hotel group. The ideal candidate will possess a strong strategic and financial acumen, with a proven track record in the hospitality industry, specifically within luxury resort operations. This is a full-time position that requires relocation within 3 to 6 months. We provide full relocation assistance, including housing, medical benefits, and a company vehicle and a package designed to be attractive.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the strategic vision and direction of the company to ensure sustained growth and brand excellence.

Oversee all aspects of operations to ensure optimal performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Expand the brand’s international footprint by identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities.

Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Manage and sustain exponential growth while maintaining the highest standards of service and operational efficiency.

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance brand value and market presence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in the hospitality industry, with a strong preference for experience in luxury resort operations.

Exceptional strategic and financial acumen.

Demonstrated ability to drive growth and expand brand presence internationally.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-pressure environment.

Willingness and ability to relocate internationally within 3 months.
