The Publicis Groupe Growth Organization is responsible for accelerating Groupe transformation to high growth businesses and solutions through the development of company-wide strategies for new market entry, client development, and integration.The Growth Operations team is responsible for supporting the Chief Business Officer to develop, deploy, and manage key Groupe growth strategies across primary product pillars. The team is responsible for commercial pricing/management, KPI tracking, and overall strategic analysis of the business health/growth. The team is consistently working to fine-tune the agency model and client experience.The Growth Operations Director is responsible for the day-to-day reporting and analysis of business unit performance. They are looking to immerse themselves in the business to affect change, encourage growth, and improve processes.Key deliverables will typically include the cleansing, aggregation, and creation of high-quality reporting across all Growth product pillars of focus to align/prepare internal teams to meet product specific goals/targets. The role requires proficiency in Tableau and familiarity with SQL, as both are used to perform day-to-day tasks. This role will have unique insight into product health and opportunities across the Publicis portfolio. The role is designed to be a distinctive opportunity to gain knowledge of a wide breadth of business areas and develop professional demeanor in working with leadership and becoming a team lead.Primary Roles & Responsibilities:Data process and reporting ownership across five proprietary products/offeringsManage forecasts specific to product offering and affiliated Publicis agencyBuild and analyze reporting directly from Salesforce, Tableau, proprietary reporting systems and financial systems; Manage and improve data integrityCreate a seamless process for recurring reports and their distributionWork closely with cross-functional stakeholders within the organization to ensure timely and accurate deliverablesFoundational understanding of media buying principles and/or financial reporting principles to aid in development work; Expectation of achieving both through onboardingBuild data/systems bridge to connect and integrate various teams/departmentsProactively problem solve and identify issues before they ariseStrong conceptual thinker who can input on ways to reinvent our process, approach, and product; Does not let data quality challenges/ambiguity discourage developmentBecome a subject matter expert in Publicis Groupe business and disciplines – having an ability to form constructive opinions on business challengesAct as mentor to more junior members of the team, enhancing their career and technical developmentQualifications

Some advertising experience preferred, but not required7-10 years of experience working with large data sets in a development capacityMastery of 1+ coding language and/or relational database structure implementationExtremely organized with attention to detail and an eagerness to learnManage complexity and ambiguity comfortably and work in a highly matrixed environmentAbility to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneouslyTakes initiative; self-starter; ability and desire to master the advertising marketplace as well as the Publicis businessStrong presentation and communications skills; written, verbal and in-personStrong analytical and Excel skillsAdditional Information
