Job DescriptionThe Director, Content & Digital Experience is responsible for creating a best in class premium and immersive experience for consumers on brand site to drive both engagement and conversion. Reporting to our VP, Global DTC, this person will build, manage, and lead the website experience across all global Bose sites including responsibility for digital experience roadmap, merchandising, content strategy, SEO, UX, UI, testing, and analytics.

Primary Responsibilities:

Build & execute a digital experience strategy that drives customer engagement and frictionless conversion resulting in higher acquisition and retention.

Elevate the website experience to deliver a premium experience focused on discovery and exploration along with conversion.

Deliver best in class site UX/UI for frictionless journey for different customer segments.

Reinforce continuous Test & Learn effort. Make data driven decisions while constantly testing and learning and consistently providing post-program ROI analysis paired with consumer insights to make recommendations to increase sales and drive a premium brand experience.

Regularly benchmark against best in class websites.

Build and maintain 3 yr site experience innovation roadmap.

Partner with Digital Production on prioritization and execution of roadmap to deliver the experience.

Effectively collaborate with the personalization and technical teams to deliver hyper personalized experiences on site.

Create a content strategy for the global website that can also be leveraged in other digital channels and ties into the overall marketing strategy and marketing calendar.

Articulate content strategy for exploration vs. conversion, brand vs. product, brand generated vs. user generated.

Design strategy to address different customer segments.

Partner effectively with creative and marketing to brief in assets that bring the product and partner stories to life on the website.

Measure performance of assets and strategically leverage assets with different audiences using personalization.

Make SEO a true priority to gain authority in necessary areas.

Develop best in class digital merchandising capabilities with strong tie to brand storytelling.

Collaborate with Brand and Product teams to develop vision and strategy for consumer experiences balancing business needs with technological capabilities.

Build cross-functional relationships with Brand Marketing, Creative, IT and Digital Production teams to ensure prioritization, alignment and seamless execution.

Education & Experiences:

15 years in a digital capacity managing Ecommerce Site Experience and Content strategy.

Experience working with Salesforce platform a plus.
