Advantice Health is seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Digital and Social Media Acceleration to lead our digital marketing efforts across our portfolio of brands. This key role will be responsible for developing and executing impactful digital and social media strategies to drive out-sized growth, engagement, and ROI.

Responsibilities:

Partner with brand leads, e-commerce lead and agencies to plan, create and implement a comprehensive communication, media and social strategy to deliver on brand and company business objectives.

Lead precision marketing efforts, leveraging data and analytics to optimize campaigns and better understand target audiences.

Accelerate Advantice's digital capabilities, improve partnerships, processes, measurement capabilities, data collection including 1P, and ROI across all digital channels.

Establish and execute within content best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality and efficient messaging across all digital touchpoints; evangelize best practices.

Stay abreast of emerging digital trends, technologies, and AI best practices, recommending new opportunities to enhance Advantice's digital presence and approach.

Partner with brand leads to develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels and campaigns.

Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on digital performance and ROI.

Execute against specific brand projects, collaborating with brand leads and partners to ensure delivery of programs and content against desired objectives, timeline and KPIs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business, Digital Media, or related field.

7+ years digital experience with record of building digital capabilities and a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies.

Experience in brand management preferred.

In-depth knowledge of and passion for digital marketing channels, including search, social media, display advertising, video and email marketing.

You’ll be confident at interpreting complex data and drawing out insights for business growth and optimization.

Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and ROI optimization, experience delivering KPIs, measurable output and financial results.

Excellent project management, communication, collaboration and people skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation software/precision marketing tools.

Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across various brands.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex digital concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Experience in skincare and/or personal care consumer products preferred.
