As our

Manager

in our

Liens

department, you will have the opportunity to manage a team of Liens Negotiators and Assistants and negotiate with medical providers to attain the best result for our clients.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Daily Tasks:

Manage a team of Liens Assistants and Liens Negotiators.

Help with reduction with medical providers.

Review and determine accuracy of medical bills, health insurance, retainers, and update settlements accordingly.

Effectively communicate with doctor’s offices, co-workers, and clients alike.

Ensure completeness and accuracy of pertinent documents in our system.

Build strong rapport with potential clients.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Your Skills:

Proven experience managing a liens team, preferably in personal injury law.

Knowledge of QuickBooks & some accounting or bookkeeping background.

Thorough understanding of different medical treatments, medical provider types, medical billing, and medical coding.

Working knowledge of American health insurance laws and health insurance providers.

Understanding of Child Support, VA & Workers comp liens.

Superior communication and organizational skills.

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
