Why Confluence HealthBecome a partner in our multi-specialty healthcare organization where taking care of our physicians is as important as taking care of our patients.Pay range $554,989 - $599,988Our teamJoin a team of Cardiovascular Physicians including General Cardiology, Interventional, EP, CT surgery and Vascular Surgery and a robust team of Advanced Practice Providers.Position OverviewFull-time positionCall: 7-8 days per monthConsults at one hospital covered by a very strong hospitalist programEpic Electronic Medical RecordWork/Life Balance and BenefitsSilver Award Winner of the AMAs Joy in Medicine program for committed efforts to improve physician satisfaction and reduce burnout.Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two.
