Knowledge Manager

to join our team!In this role you will get to

provide knowledge management support to enable information sharing among analysts and organizations by shaping workflow/processes.What You'll Be Doing:Use Government-furnished, centralized, and peripheral databases/records management systems and provide analytics, dashboarding, and reporting on performance/usage metrics.Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings.Posting, editing, distributing, and maintaining appropriate content on classified and unclassified website/portals.Organizing data, establishing file structures, and ensuring information is captured and stored in locations accessible to authorized users.Ensuring proper security protocols are used to protect classified, proprietary, and personally-identifiable information.Use Government-furnished tools to build, update, and maintain databases which could be used to produce stand-alone products and/or used to support all source analytic production.Develop metrics from designated databases or data sets and prepare reports and presentations with the metrics.What Required Skills You'll Bring:Experience working in the DoD.Experience with engaging with senior government and military officials.Experience with developing strategic communications plans.Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite.HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience working in intelligence or; Associate's degree and 4+ years of experience working in intelligence or, Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience working in intelligence.Active TS/SCI clearance required; willingness to take a polygraph exam.What Desired Skills You'll Bring:Experience working in the Intelligence Community.Experience as an executive assistant, executive officer, and requirements manager.Knowledge of COLISEUM.Knowledge of the EUCOM AOR.Ability to provide shift work support, if required.Active TS/SCI w/ CI poly.Minimum Clearance Required to Start:Top Secret SCI.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
