ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and executing complex internal communication strategies for clients, creating engaging campaigns, managing customer portfolios, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving product adoption and success.

What we’re looking forExperience in Internal Comms/ Consultancy.Excellent communication skills including formal presentations. Able to produce well-structured and clear customer-facing documentation and reports.Experience in creating and delivering end-to-end communications strategies with the ability to articulate the impact of these strategies through quantitative data.Comfortable communicating with and influencing executive level stakeholders.Working knowledge of localisation, geographical and cultural complexities as it relates to communications.Able to manage internal communications channels across a variety of different content types.Ability to make quick decisions and keep track of deadlines and agendas.Consultancy skills with the ability to identify and promote business benefits to a client.Excellent customer service skills – hugely responsive internally and to customers.Salary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum: $76,800.00Maximum: $186,200.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.Anticipated Position Close Date:
