- In office on Monday, Tuesday, and ThursdayThe Graphic Designer will partner with creative and marketing staff to support the visual communication strategy of our not-for-profit client organizations by assisting with the creation of high-impact, brand-consistent designs intended to engage, attract, and sell for print, digital, and video media. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career alongside a high-performing, imaginative, and collaborative team of designers.What You Will Do:Support the design functions of our Creative Services team, collaborating with creative directors, art directors, and designers through the conceptualization, development, and production of a range of print and digital projects, including:Theme designs, meeting programs, and promotional materialsOnsite signage, print and electronic publications, videos, social media, websites, logos, mobile applications, banner ads, interactive campaigns, infographics, and other solutionsExplore and share new knowledge about trends, tools, and techniques in print and digital graphic designThis Role Might Be for You If:You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate openly with creative and marketing staff while independently managing multiple projects simultaneouslyYou have strong visual and conceptual skills and thrive in a fast-paced environmentYou demonstrate exceptional layout and typography skillsYou work well under pressure, juggle multiple tasks, problem-solve, and meet tight deadlinesYou are detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsYou can design according to creative direction in a wide variety of stylesYou listen, adapt, and incorporate feedback effectivelyBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution with a concentration in Graphic Design or equivalent experience2+ years of relevant professional experience, including hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopPreferred Qualifications:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects is a plusProficiency with basic computer programming, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
