Job DescriptionCome join our team at the Northern Lakes Catholic Communities! We live in the beautiful Northwoods of Wisconsin surrounded by lakes, wildlife, nature, and God. The NLCC is in search of a Director of Faith Formation. We operate as a cluster of 5 parishes including St. Albert in Land O' Lakes, WI, St. Mary in Phelps, WI, St. Kunegunda in Sugar Camp, WI, St. Peter in Eagle River, WI, and St. Theresa in Three Lakes, WI. The centralized office for this position is located in Eagle River, WI at St. Peter the Fisherman Parish.

You would be responsible for the development, organization, and administration of the specified areas of religious education and Catholic formation program in fulfillment of the catechetical mission of the parish in cooperation with the pastor, parish staff, and Diocesan Department of Evangelization and Missionary Discipleship.

The ideal candidate will have or be willing to work toward advanced-level religious certification from the Diocese of Superior as well as complete Diocesan required Safe Environment Training. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, and a variety of social media platforms is preferred. A love of Jesus and working with youth is essential!
