About the Team
You will be a member of the centralized Paid Digital Advertising team, where you will be part of the Paid Social Marketing team responsible for the in-house management of our Social programs (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.) across all 8 Williams-Sonoma Inc. Brands and International sites.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Paid Social marketer responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of our Paid Social programs across Williams-Sonoma, Inc., with a focus on driving growth, reaching new customers, maximizing ROI, and improving brand recognition and perception.

Lead the media planning, build, and activation of ad campaigns, audiences, and creative within paid social platforms and advertising management tools
Own daily campaign pacing and budget optimization, ensuring optimal allocation to meet or exceed set KPIs
Regularly monitor campaign metrics (ROAS, CVR, CPC, CPM) while adjusting targeting, bidding, and creative elements to optimize performance
Generate regular performance reports and derive data-driven insights to make recommendations on go-forward strategy
Assist Sr. Analyst in ad hoc analyses, requiring the ability to interpret large amounts of data and synthesize key takeaways for non-media audiences
Support ongoing creative, tactical and audience testing, with a focus on measuring incremental lift driven by strategic changes
Play a role in vetting new campaign ideas, collaborating with internal CRM and brand eCommerce teams to align campaigns with seasonal and brand priorities
Foster and maintain relationships with internal business partners and external vendors

A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience
1+ year of experience managing Paid Social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.
Familiarity with tools for social media management, analytics, and reporting
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
A high attention to detail, and are well-organized and deadline-oriented
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A strong desire to collaborate and influence, and enjoy being part of a team

The expected starting pay range for this position is $72,000 - $77,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
