BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team.Position HighlightsPractice Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pmProvider Schedule: 4 day work week (flexible scheduling)Rotating call among all providersLab on-siteAll primary care providers also offer telemedicine visitsCompensation, Benefits and Loan ForgivenessCompensation Structure: Guaranteed base (Does not expire) + Guaranteed incentive + RVU incentiveWell-balanced staff to provider ratiosExcellent benefits and PTOPublic Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible and HPSA designated locationOur practice provides primary care services and preventive healthcare for patients of all ages. We offer the highest quality care for families in our community. In addition to appointments for physicals and sick visits, we see patients for mild injuries.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: Graduate of Accredited Medical School with Degree of Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO). Completion of Accredited Residency in Family Medicine or internal medicine.Experience: Prefer 1-2 years experience.Licensure: Board certification in Family Medicine or internal medicine (if newly graduated from residency, must be obtained within 2 years of graduation).
