Tech Lead Manager - Global E-Commerce Supply Chain

The supply chain is one of the core teams of the global e-commerce business, responsible for the selection of goods, procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and other business modules. The global e-commerce supply chain team aims to improve customer experience with warehouse & supply chain technology, empowering merchants to ease and expand their business worldwide with reliable and trustable fulfillment capabilities, making more affordable and high-quality products accessible.
We are looking for a Tech Lead Manager to build a large-scale distributed system for our global e-commerce supply chain team.Responsibilities:
Build and manage the supply chain tech team in the US.Develop international e-commerce supply chain technology, including WMS, TMS, fulfillment network, inventory forecasting, and planning.Partner with product and operation teams to provide efficient and optimal supply chain solutions for domestic/international e-commerce.Manage the software development lifecycle from technical design to project delivery and online maintenance.Build team structure and morale to help team members grow continuously.Key Results:
Define a long-term technical roadmap for the team and break it down into projects.Contribute to technical decisions on projects among the product.Requirements:
Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.2+ years of experience managing or tech-leading a software engineering team.5+ years of experience working in large-scale system development with a solid track record.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Experience in e-commerce supply chain is a big plus, including fulfillment center, logistics, and/or supply chain technology.Strong business acumen and data sensitivity are a big plus.
