We offer a wide variety of competitive benefits, services and programs that provide our employees with the resources to pursue their goals, both at work and in their personal lives.Position Summary:The Associate Director, SOTYKTU HCP Marketing, is responsible for the execution of HCP focused marketing plans across multiple channels to support the commercialization of SOTYKTU for the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis in adults. SOTYKTU is a flagship brand for BMS and has the potential to be a blockbuster within the category, as a first-in-class, selective TYK2 inhibitor and is a leading asset for BMS’ Immunology portfolio.The individual in this role will lead the strategy and execution of core HCP focused tactics. This role will collaborate closely with internal teams including members of the brand marketing team, congress planning partners, brand finance, Medical partners and Patient Access Support and Solutions. Additionally, the role requires extensive management and partnership with key agency partners. Candidates for this position should have a keen ability for collaboration, working in a matrixed environment, and be a positive force for team culture.The Associate Director, HCP Marketing, will be part of a team of HCP marketers reporting to the Director, HCP Marketing, SOTYKTU. We are a highly collaborative and passionate group of individuals who care about and enjoy helping patients.Key Responsibilities:Drive strategy and execution of the HCP tactical marketing plan and management of agencies/vendors.Ensure tactical execution, including messaging and creative, is rooted in the brand strategy and HCP insights and is pulled through across key channels.Work closely with internal stakeholders and key agency partners to deliver against targeted scope of work.Manage HCP marketing budget and invoicing.Support internal review processes and work with external partners to ensure timely and accurate preparation of tactical projects.Partner with market research and analytics colleagues to identify, analyze, and report key performance indicators.Work cross-functionally with marketing teams, sales, Patient Access Support Solutions, BI&A and Medical to ensure executional alignment.Business travel may be required, up to 30%.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years industry (pharmaceutical/biotech or related agency) marketing experience.HCP marketing or related experience is highly desirable.Ability to drive a culture of accountability, balanced with a keen ability for collaboration and working in a matrixed environment.Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate internal MLR (medical, legal, regulatory) review processes.Demonstrated project management experience.Demonstrated ability to track and manage budgets.Demonstrated ability to adapt to change.Track record of delivering strong performance in previous roles.Immunology and/or experience working on large pharmaceutical brands is a plus.If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn't perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
