The Consultant Engagement Senior Director will support members of the benefits consulting community with insights on education and care benefits, realizing better subject matter expertise in this space, allowing them to share those insights both broadly and with specific prospects and clients. This role will increase their confidence in the impact of these benefits and the commercial differences of Bright Horizons’ ability to deliver on family and client expectations.The senior director must be familiar with responsibilities of benefits advisors, brokers, and consultants experienced at navigating organizational structures, and skilled at sharing information, resources, and connections to strengthen relationships and generate mutual success. In turn, this role will equally inform the growth organization and champion deliberate activities to advance both the relationships of the Consulting firms, the clients they serve with the specific goal of advancing and improving the results of growth opportunities.A leader in the Growth Strategy and Operations team, this position has significant visibility with Bright Horizons executives and is integral to driving the growth of its B2B services.What you will be doing:Identify relevant senior contacts within top benefits brokerage firms, establish performance-based relationships, and cascade those relationships through connections with client services and client relations teams. Establishing high, wide and deep relationships and wiring is critical to the success of this role.Provide timely internal information about shifts in brokerage structures, leadership, and service provider relationships to the Growth team, along with actionable guidance on how to leverage that information to increase sales effectiveness.Meet virtually and in-person with benefits advisors and consultants, presenting on Bright Horizons’ services, education and child care market trends, and areas of innovation.Collaborate with Growth Operations to improve visibility on shared accounts and business development opportunities with brokerage firms.Shape the educational materials available to benefits consultants, in partnership with marketing, creative, and website teams. Demonstrate strategic agility to continuously improve the materials as the marketplace demands.Establish relationship and pipeline development goals and update senior growth leaders on progress towards those goals.Form connections within Family Solutions and EdAdvisory teams, enabling a coordinated message to the consultant community spanning all education and care benefits.Facilitate introductions between growth team members and benefits consultants, train teams on effective consultant engagement practices, and track interactions to ensure continued improvement.What we hope you will bring to the team:Job Requirements – Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree - RequiredMaster's Degree - MBA - Preferred10+ years of experience in client-facing roles - Required3+ years of experience in the employee benefits segment, including direct consultant interactions - Required3+ years of account management or sales experience serving midsize to large employers - RequiredAdditional Job Requirements
