Senior AdTech Product ManagerResponsibilities:
The Senior AdTech Data Products Manager will be the primary interface for day-to-day interaction between the Product Group, Senior PepsiCo leadership, and cross-functional teams including: end users, data vendors, internal PepsiCo data partnerships team, as well as data science and engineering. As the leader of PepsiCo’s AdTech product suite, this role will be focused on identifying and building global AdTech solutions, developing product roadmaps, setting product requirements, and communicating risks and timeline to global and sector leadership teams.Given the complexities of developing global data products, and the priority placed on it by the business, this role will require a high degree of adroitness navigating and assessing markets of all sizes and crafting solutions that are scalable – all while keeping the projects on track.As a Senior AdTech Data Products Manager, you will own the strategy for PepsiCo’s global AdTech products and be the expert on PepsiCo’s global AdTech products who is intimate with the logistics of building the solutions. The ideal candidate will combine skills and experience in AdTech, MarTech, and data products.Skills, Abilities, Knowledge:Robust data knowledge preferably around Product, Customer, Partner, Public, Mobile, and Digital data setsProven ability to drive results and to lead and implement complex, technical, multi-organizational projects at senior leadership levelCompensation & Benefits:The expected compensation range for this position is between $114,700 - $192,100 based on a full-time scheduleLocation, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salaryBonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annuallyPaid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavementIn addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement PlanQualifications:
Minimum 10 years’ AdTech experience, ideally working with identity, location, and/or purchase-related dataMinimum 10 years’ experience working with project management technologiesMinimum 7 years’ experience in AdTech/MarTech experience, or relatedMinimum 5 years’ team leadership experienceBachelor’s Degree, Masters a plusExperience:Ideal candidates will have successfully built products in the advertising space, understand AdTech customers and segments, and have a proven track record of collaborative engineering relationships that resulted in launching multiple customer-facing products and featuresThey will be expected to assess appropriate trade-offs to optimize customer experience, time-to-market, and to clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal stakeholders and remote teamsStrong understanding of the Paid Media platform and DSP space in AdTech
