Required skill set:13 to 15 years of SAP testing experience in SIT, RT, and UATExperience in E2E SAP test automation either using Worksoft Certify or TOSCAPrior hands-on experience in SAP TCoE implementationHands-on experience in designing SAP manual scripts, Test strategies, Test Plans, Testing readiness, and test executionImplementation of QA best practices and industry standardsExperience Test Data Readiness approachExposure and testing experience in S/4 migrationExperience in Client ALMExposure to BPCA execution and resultsStrong SAP functional testing experience & Project ManagementGood communication, documentation & presentation skillsGood Project Management skills and experience in building Test management & reporting dashboardsExperience in onsite/offshore delivery modelStakeholder management, result, solution & process orientedExposure to the requirement traceability matrixExperience in defect management and centralized test repository maintenance
