This job assumes responsibility for strategic planning and oversees all executive messaging and strategic communications.EducationRequired – Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration or related fieldPreferred – Master’s degreeWork ExperienceRequired – 5 years of related healthcare experience including 3 years of supervision or management experienceKnowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information.Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard.Must have skills to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously mixing long term projects with the urgency of immediate demands on operations.Must have skills to deal with highly confidential information and act as a liaison between the Chief Executive Officer and other constituencies, both internal and external.Must be well versed in professional reporting methodologies, information gathering and analysis.Must have skills to collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others, build strong and sustainable relationships and interact within all levels of the organization.Job DutiesWorks to increase the bandwidth and velocity of the executive office of the system in such a way as to concentrate their time, effort and priorities on strategic initiatives.Oversees, defines and governs the strategic planning process.Works with internal communications to develop and execute comprehensive strategic communication plan.Helps to establish accountability across teams by making sure appropriate milestones and measurements are built into business and project plans.Assumes responsibility for creation, review and coaching of all content utilized in system monthly review process.Aligns and standardizes all presentations, communications and applicable meetings.Other related duties as required.
