Principal Consultant – Data Governance

JOB DUTIES:

Roll out an enterprise-wide data governance framework.

Define roles and responsibilities related to data governance and ensure clear accountability for stewardship of the company’s principal information assets.

Establish and govern an enterprise data governance implementation roadmap.

Design architecture for pipeline building, metadata storage, and transformation for better reporting and management.

Business requirements analysis. Document data process flows, ingestion points, storage methods, retention, and deletion of data.

Design, build and implement/customize workflows to create/depreciate assets, critical data element certification. Identify new business opportunities.

Provide regular reporting on Data Governance metrics and activities. Define, publish, and monitor KPIs to measure data governance progress and success.

Develop Proof of Concepts based on the client needs related to Data Governance and Data Design.

Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required.

Requirements

Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and two (2) years experience.

Six (6) months experience must have included: Collibra, Platform Access Management, Workflow Development, Data Lineage, Testing Data Cataloging.

Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required.
