Minimum Requirements:5+ years of technical program management experienceExperience in hands-on work managing complex technology projectsExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedulesThe Principal Technical Program will be responsible for technical program strategy and execution within the Alexa Subscriptions Growth (ASG) team. At Alexa, we are focused on building the world's best personal assistant, leveraging the latest advancements in Generative AI technologies. The role sits at a critical interaction between our product, tech, design and marketing teams. This role will be obsessed over inventing best-in-class AI customer experiences and subscriptions.Key job responsibilities:Drive product launches including working with feature/delivery teams across a large organization, GTM, and executivesManage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support loadProactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goalsA successful candidate will be detail oriented, analytical, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional peers. The base pay for this position ranges from $159,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
