You will influence many of the recommendations our clients need to positively change their businesses and enhance performance.ResponsibilitiesUse Statistics, Advanced Analytics, and Machine Learning to derive key insights across various industry sectors including manufacturing, distribution, services, and e-commerce.Develop world-class data science products for clients as well as for our data science team.Write code to advance our internal Data Science toolbox.Mentor Fellow Data Scientists and Associate Data Scientists where required.Play an active role in leading team meetings and workshops with clients.Work on complex data sets from some of the world’s largest organizations.Work in a multi-disciplinary environment mixing highly skilled people in data science, data engineering, and design.Build strong links with the academic world and constantly share ideas to stay ahead of the curve on the latest methods.QualificationsPhD/Masters level in the field of Computer Science, Machine Learning, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or Economics.7+ years experience in a data science role applying approaches such as statistical models, gradient boosted trees, and deep learning to business problems.Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated proficiency in Python for data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling, with a proven track record of developing and optimizing complex code for large-scale datasets.Effective presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to people from other fields.Strong analytical skills and data curiosity, attention to detail, and accuracy.Expert problem-solving skills and creative thinking ability.You will enjoy far-reaching rewards at
