As the

Account Director

you will lead the overall planning and direction of multi-channel direct response fundraising programs for our agency clients, through partnerships with the analytics, media, production, digital and creative teams to ensure that campaigns meet clients’ marketing and financial objectives. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of program growth and execution, including client relationships, P&L responsibility, strategy development, analytics reporting and oversight, and channel integration.

Please note that this role is hybrid working in the Peabody, MA office.

Amergent Division

As direct marketing fundraising counsel (FRC) we focus on supporting nonprofit organizations with a full complement of strategic solutions.

Your impact:

Motivate and Lead : Inspire team members to achieve business objectives through effective leadership and planning.

Primary Client Contact : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Strategic Leadership : Lead strategic, tactical, and support functions to drive long-term integrated strategies and account success.

Innovative Solutions : Develop and implement new approaches to enhance current practices and share ideas throughout the client lifecycle.

Campaign Analysis : Analyze results of campaigns across all channels and report on budget and donor activity to clients.

Business Forecasting : Contribute to quarterly and annual business forecasting by providing insights on account trends and future client needs.

Presentation Excellence : Oversee the preparation and delivery of compelling presentations for clients and prospective clients.

Industry Expertise : Stay informed about industry standards, best practices, and innovative products to continuously improve service offerings.

Your Profile:

Minimum of 8 years' experience in nonprofit, multi-channel direct response fundraising, including direct mail, and ideally digital marketing, digital acquisition.

Bachelor's degree.

Strong knowledge of nonprofit marketing channels and direct response strategies.

Exceptional talent for managing client relationships, with agency experience strongly preferred.

Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
