Job Summary

The ASG Services Sales Executive will lead SHI opportunities from an education, enablement, and engagement perspective; all the way from identification and contract signature to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, and achievement of required business outcomes. The ASG Services Sales Executive will work throughout the project lifecycle, from presales to final delivery, validating each solution is properly scoped, designed, implemented, and tested to provide an excellent value and experience while providing desired business outcomes.

This remote position requires residence in the greater Chicago, IL, area to support business needs as determined by SHI management.About Us

Include, but are not limited to:Identify opportunities with customers and internal teams to optimize engagement profitabilityFoster collaboration amongst assigned project team membersPropose service solution recommendations and serve as an escalation point for customer mattersProvide excellent value and experience while helping our customers deploy and manage their SolutionServe as the key point of contact for each owned opportunityEstablish a rapport and confidence with internal teams, company’s customers, and partnersCoordinate and lead weekly status meetings with each assigned clientFoster and maintain overall accountability for successful engagement deliveryServe as the expert in the company’s value, methodology, and processesActively monitor active, prospective, and planned projects and ensure priorities are adjusted, as neededSet clear communications to the customer as needed throughout the project lifecycleReview key documentation provided by customer, translate technical and business requirements, and propose solutions to solve customer challengesProvide frequent project status reports and monthly forecasts to SHI LeadershipAlign with Sales to identify, qualify, and ensure projects are relevant, accurately estimated, and prioritized during the proposal phaseResearch and expand current opportunities and identify new opportunitiesQualifications

Completed Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or relevant work experienceMinimum 5+ years’ experience in successful consultative selling and account development of commercial accounts with a services focusPrevious experience in Consulting and/or Services Sales team is requiredRequired Skills

The estimated potential earnings range for this position is $180,000 - $285,000, which includes a base salary and commission with a draw. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location, and therefore will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
