We do this with a distributed team who are passionate to deliver technology that helps users produce award-winning work.In this role, you'll be joining the outstanding Adobe Video Product Management team to rethink and deliver on Adobe's vision of creativity for all.What You’ll DoEngage with our customers as often as possible through user interviews, on-demand user testing services, etc.Develop market expertise through market research and trends research.Actively participate in developing overall strategy for existing pros and new users.Demonstrate creative problem solving through design thinking and brainstorming with design partners to identify possible solutions and test ideas with users.Outline a product roadmap for your areas of responsibility through partnership with data science, research, engineering and design.Discover day-to-day product management, including detailed feature definition, team assignments, and coordination with teams across multiple functional roles.What You’ll Need to SucceedCurrently enrolled in an MBA program and graduating between December 2024 - June 2025.Exceptional written and verbal communication, used to inspire teams, communicate vision and help drive consensus and forward motion.A desire to collaborate and work across multiple teams to establish a strategy in a fast-paced culture.Proven ability to analyze and interpret customer voice into a strategy and the ability to make decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data.Curiosity and the ability to simplify complicated problems by breaking down technical solutions for internal, external, and executive audiences.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,600 -- $189,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
