Job SummaryAs a part time Personal Host (a.k.a. Relocation Consultant), you will be a trusted partner to our clients and their employees! You will be supporting in managing and driving the entire relocation process: from getting the employee moved and settled to helping them create a great lifestyle in their new city. You will be working remotely with a flexible schedule that you manage.

Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesDevelop working relationships with the relocating employees and provide services such as:Offering expert knowledge of the cityConducting local housing and school researchProviding DMV and banking setup assistanceRecommending a wide range of social and cultural activitiesBuild rapport, communicate, research and deliver customized information and the best recommendations in a timely mannerCreate customized area tours and client reports using Microsoft Office or GSuite productsMeet with the relocating employees (either in person, by phone or using technology) to discuss issues connected with the relocationManage multiple client relocations at any given time and perform other administrative duties, as necessary

Education and/or Technology RequirementBachelor or Associate’s degree (or equivalent) preferredExtensive experience with technology tools such as Microsoft Office, Google GSuite, and CRM systems

QualificationsMust have the legal right to work in the United StatesExtensive knowledge of local real estate market, education, and local registrationsHas relocated or has helped others relocateHas lived in the Peninsula for 5+ yearsAble to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per weekExperience managing own schedule and working remotelyExperience with project/time management and schedulingGreat customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personalityFlexible and able to work weekendsOwns a vehicle/license and is able to self-drive

Language SkillsAbility to read and interpret documents such as contracts, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsAbility to write routine reports and correspondenceAbility to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization

Pay Range$30.66-33.15/hr
