This role is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a background in data science and a strong understanding of AI and Python. The ideal candidate will be able to interpret and manage data to solve complex problems, develop predictive models, and provide strategic insights to improve our manufacturing processes. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.Responsibilities:Applying advanced data science techniques (machine learning, statistical modeling, etc.) to large data sets to uncover insights, trends, and patterns that can lead to process improvements.Developing, validating, and implementing predictive models and algorithms that will drive solutions to business problems.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.Leveraging AI and Python to automate processes and drive efficiency in our manufacturing operations.Presenting complex findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from frontline staff to executives.Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in data science, AI, and manufacturing technology.Guiding and mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of experience in a data science role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with other programming languages such as R or SQL.Proven experience in applying AI techniques to solve business problems.Strong knowledge of machine learning, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Familiarity with manufacturing processes and systems is a plus.If you are a driven and innovative data scientist with a passion for leveraging data to drive business success, we would love to hear from you.
