Principal Program Manager - NetSuite AI Initiatives

Program Management

Define a strategy and a program to drive effective applications of AI within the organization with measurable outcomes.

Drive a wide range of complex projects from initiation to release within delivery time and budget, defining key milestones, resource allocation, and success criteria.

Identify roadblocks, challenges, and risks in project and product areas proactively to mitigate risks.

Manage internal team stand-ups.

Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to project stakeholders of all levels, including senior management, developing tools and processes to improve knowledge sharing and alignment.

Develop, summarize, and promote best practices for AI/ML development and compliance.

Coordinate the current portfolio of internal projects and new projects in the pipeline.

Facilitate support for NetSuite employees to set up OCI and Cohere accounts to access generative AI and other AI services.

Discover low-hanging fruit for applying AI/ML in NetSuite to improve employee productivity.

Uncover bottlenecks that hinder more employees from applying AI/ML in their work and develop tools and processes to remove blockers (e.g. unsure how to get resources, minimal understanding of governance processes, etc.).

Strong technical acumen with the ability to communicate technical concepts and requirements to all audiences.

Technical Expertise

Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or similar cloud platforms.

Knowledge of data infrastructure, such as data lakes, data repositories, data ETL services.

Knowledge of AI/ML development lifecycle, software development lifecycle, full product lifecycle, and agile methodologies.

Understand and follow Generative AI technology trends, products, and methods, such as LLM, open source models, multi-modal Generative AI, chaining, and AI agents.

Understand machine learning techniques in breadth and depth, such as classification, regression, anomaly detection, k-means.

Experience and Skills Required

Bachelor's degree in related technical fields.

5+ years of industry experience in technical program/project management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experienced in building and working in multidisciplinary teams, working with customers, technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
