ResponsibilitiesHexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Digital Marketing & ABM Manager to join our Regional Digital Marketing team within the Americas Region. This person will work collaboratively and cross-functionally with the marketing team to support the tactical deployment of our digital efforts.The ideal candidate will have a passion for B2B marketing campaigns and digital marketing programs.Reporting to the Marketing Director, Americas Region, this role will be responsible for managing & executing account-based marketing strategy for Hexagon with the goal of generating awareness, demand & pipeline within our target accounts.This is an opportunity to play a critical and high-visibility role in building a world-class ABM program. You'll partner closely with stakeholders across marketing and sales to drive account engagement, pipeline generation, and revenue growth within our highest priority accounts.In this role, you will:Participate in a cross-functional ABM council driving ABM initiatives in the regionCoordinate programs in support of 1:1, 1:few and 1: Many ABM campaignsPartner with campaign managers and Account Development Reps (ADRs) to develop regional, account focused playbooks including, but not limited to, outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow up, nurture, channel activities, live/online events and mid-funnel programs with the goal of building pipeline and accelerating opportunities.Collaborate and partner with global marketing teams on ABM initiatives, technology, processes and KPIsBuild then obsess over ABM metrics to ensure business impact is measured and reported in emails, monthly reports, QBRs and Townhalls.Manage target account selection process including working on contact enrichment and TAM list selection with internal stakeholders and contractorsOwn and collaborate with global in-house team, external agencies, and key partners to deliver best-in-class results for all paid media programsDefine performance & optimization processes, SLAs, and best practices across media channels, primarily Google Ads, LinkedIn, Demandbase and emailWork with key media partners to develop unique opportunities and/or identify key initiatives for potential programsImprove intake brief process to understand business goals and objectivesStrategize best practices for tracking, tagging, attribution, and measurementLeverage data, tools, market research, and competitive trends to generate strategic insightsApplying those insights to develop strategic recommendations to the campaign managers and vertical market teamsContinually optimize campaigns through A/B testing, ad formats and various targeting to continuously improve performance and ultimately conversion.Provide creative direction to continually enhance campaigns from historical insights gained.Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle journey, ensuring the alignment of messaging across all channelsAttend additional training, conferences, and events as necessary to stay up to speed on technology and best practices and educate the entire marketing team on digital and social advancementsManage, enable and develop junior digital marketing specialistsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience8+ years of demand generation experience, with at least 2 years focused on ABM/Enterprise marketingSelf-starter who can think strategically and independently and collaborate with others and work well in a teamAbility to work successfully with little guidance and comfort navigating ambiguityCross-culturally aware and sensitive to working with diverse teamsProven track record of successfully launching targeted, personalized campaigns across a variety of channels including email, ads, web, social, sales, events, and moreHighly proficient with a mix of ad types including Google Search Ads, Display Ads, Remarketing, and more.Experience working with ABM tools and technologies (i.e. Demandbase, LinkedIn, Sales Force, Pardot, Google Analytics..Wrike, etc)Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing audience-targeting strategiesData-driven & extremely organizedExperience with targeting, segmentation and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand gen and ABM campaignsFamiliarity with an enterprise sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growthExperience managing and mentoring team members to allow them to reach their full potential.Hexagon is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/veterans.Diversity StatementAt Hexagon, we believe that diverse and inclusive teams are critical to the success of our people and our business.
