This is an opportunity to work directly with Consulting business leadership and hiring managers/partners to gain an understanding of their staffing needs and identify recruiting practices. Success will be measured by your ability to identify, attract, and assess applicants as well as facilitate a defined recruiting process for your Consulting recruiting team. Applicants must be able to demonstrate, through experience, an ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and an ability to influence and guide their recruitment efforts. In addition, applicants need to have leadership and team management experience.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSLead, mentor and develop a team of recruiters providing guidance on best practices, process improvements and professional development within the Consulting business unitForecast hiring needs based on business growth projections and work with senior leadership to plan and manage recruitment initiativesIdentify and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including the use of technology, social media, networking events and industry partnershipsConsult and strategize with Hiring Managers/Partners on developing and executing hiring strategiesDevelop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful execution of recruitment campaigns and initiativesNetwork through industry contacts, association memberships, past candidates and current business leaders and employeesExcellent communication, organization, and talent assessment skillsAccurately report and track candidate data for the Consulting business unitParticipate in special projects/task forces as assignedSolid direct sourcing / cold call experienceThe ability to interact effectively with all levels of professionalsSuccessfully source, screen, interview, evaluate and hire qualified candidatesChampion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the recruitment processQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree required10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least three years in a leadership roleProven track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategiesStrong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop othersExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing toolsStrong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisionsDemonstrated success recruiting in a highly aggressive and competitive marketProven ability to be strategic, adaptable, and proactiveSuccessfully build client relationships and meet/exceed client expectationsStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office package (primarily Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systemsProfessional Services recruiting experience preferredStrong sourcing background using various methods and technologyExperience on behavioral interviewing techniquesWe expect the candidate to uphold Crowe's values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship.
