Responsibilities
Represent clients in insurance defense cases, including litigation and trial proceedings.Draft and review legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.Conduct thorough legal research and develop case strategies.Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring timely and high-quality legal services.Appear in court, arbitration, and mediation sessions as needed.Collaborate with clients, experts, and colleagues to build strong cases.Provide exceptional client service and maintain professional relationships.Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in the state.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in insurance defense.Demonstrated experience and interest in trial litigation.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Spanish-speaking abilities are a plus but not required.Proven ability to handle complex cases.Benefits
