Commercial Lawyer (Oil and Gas)

Our customer, a global energy company, is looking for a

Commercial lawyer

with

Oil and Gas industry experience .

Key Responsibilities:

Offering legal assistance on a variety of strategic matters related to oil and gas projects.

Engaging in negotiations, drafting, and/or offering guidance on contracts throughout the entire project life cycle. This includes involvement in:

Purchase agreements

Construction-related contracts

Operations and maintenance agreements

Development services agreements

Potential shareholder and joint venture arrangements

Procurement and services agreements

Collaborating with other legal team members to conduct legal due diligence on potential projects.

Advising the firm on legislation and regulations.

Demonstrating the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple matters.

This could be a fantastic opportunity if you have:

10+ years post-qualification experience as a legal practitioner in the relevant area of law.

Ability to work independently and leverage internal and external networks to supplement skills and expertise as needed.

Demonstrated time management and organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize competing deadlines.

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Flexible, proactive, and adaptable with a positive and professional attitude.

Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.
