We’re a thriving and growing organisation which offers you many possibilities to shape a better world, and your future.The opportunityThe Specialist Technology, Analysis and Research team is looking for a talented graduate to join their multidisciplinary team of analysists and designers to support Arup’s vision and mission in delivering sustainable and socially useful work.Undertake numerical analyses using first-principles methods to solve our clients’ most difficult challengesPerform and report on thermal, mechanics, and fluids linear and non-linear analysis. Those could include: wind and climate modeling, water flows, or vibration analyses.Collaborate with other structural engineers, civil engineers, mechanical engineers, and risk consultants on innovative buildings and infrastructure projectsWork on defined tasks under the close supervision of a senior engineerAnalysis, design, and communication of results to clients both internal and external to ArupWe encourage candidates who have interest/proficiency in any of the following:Building PhysicsSustainabilityMaterials science and engineeringWind engineering and extreme environmental loadingBlast and impact design and analysisIs this role right for you?We’re looking for graduates who are curious and ready to evolve how you think and work. - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Seattle, WA is $72,500 to $79,500 per year.

This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level.
