This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing global company in the cloud-based software industry! As our Event Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind our presence at 20+ trade shows. From pre-planning to post-show analysis, you'll be at the forefront of our brand's success.Responsibilities:Research, recommend, and manage marketing-related events for 20+ trade shows.Own assigned trade shows and ensure all tasks are complete by the event deadlinesManage end-to-end logistics from contract negotiations, pre and post-event marketing, event set-up and teardown in addition to overseeing trade show inventory and booth assetsHelp track, measure, and report our standard metrics across event marketing efforts.Represent the company at trade shows and other activities as needed.Support the events team with the planning and execution of company eventsPerform general administrative tasks as needed to support the team goals and objectivesRequirements:2-5 years of trade show or event marketing experienceAbility to work under tight deadlinesExceptional attention to detailExperience negotiating contracts and handling complex budgetsOwner mentality; willing to jump in and help with special projectsExcellent project management and organization skillsSense of urgency, and ability to deliver results in tight timelineProven track record of successful event planning and executionAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeExperience using Salesforce, Marketo and AsanaPay Rate:$40-$45.30/hour
