Topgolf Callaway Brands .Roles And Responsibilities

Manage the design, administration, and communication of all employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.Ensure benefits programs comply with federal and state regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA). Prepare and submit all required regulatory filings and reports.Manage relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants. Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure the best value and service for the company.Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure employees are informed about their benefits options. Conduct benefits orientation sessions and provide ongoing education.Analyze the cost-effectiveness of current benefits programs and recommend changes to improve efficiency and value. Prepare and manage the benefits budget.Manage paid time off policies including all local and state sick leave policies.Resolve complex benefits-related inquiries and complaints.Monitor industry trends and benchmarks to keep the company’s benefits offerings competitive. Recommend and implement changes to benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

Strong knowledge of benefits administration and compliance, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations.Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software.Strong analytical skills and ability to manage budgets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in benefits administration, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.Experience in managing vendor relationships and benefits communications is highly desirable.DE&I and EEOC:
