Human Resource (HR) Business Partner- Skilled Nursing Community

Our community is seeking a dynamic HR professional to join our team!

If you have a well-round HR background to include recruiting, payroll, HR operations and compliance, and employee relations, then we want to meet you! 

Who are you?

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare industry preferred.
• Must have strong knowledge of HR policy and procedure and HRIS systems.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or in lieu of degree, at least 3 years' experience in a professional HR position.
• The ideal candidate will have full cycle HR knowledge and experience to include recruiting, onboarding, orientation, payroll, employee relations, HR compliance, and labor management
• Preferred knowledge of Paycor HRIS system 
• Salary range: $50k- $58k DOE.
