Office Based Addiction Treatment, also known as OBAT, is the use of medications, often in addition to therapy and other behavioral health services, to treat addiction. Medications have been proven to be an effective treatment for individuals struggling with substance use disorders.

At Medavi, individuals have the support and counseling they need to recover and live sustainable and healthy lives. We provide the tools and foundation for true self-discovery.RESPONSIBILITIES:

RELATIONSHIP BUILDING AND PARTNERSHIPS:

Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key potential referral partners.

Generate referrals from client acquisition sources

Act as a liaison for external marketing campaigns and advertisements.

Establish and maintain effective relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, employers, and other stakeholders to develop patient access to treatment.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND EDUCATION:

Develop in-depth knowledge of Medavi's service offerings and remove barriers for clients to enter treatment.

Educate community and engage referral partners through on the ground business development

Manage relationships, educate market, and grow market share into Medavi's treatment programs.

STRATEGIC PLANNING:

Follow strategic planning outlined by Director and organize and execute marketing initiatives

Identify relevant trends and market opportunities to maximize referral volume to increase market share.

Develop and implement outreach activities, execute market integration plans, and identify target points.

COMMUNICATION AND DOCUMENTATION

Serve as a community face of organization at meetings and special events.

Maintain accurate documentation via CRM for contact management, trend analysis, and reporting.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Proven ability to achieve sales or business development objectives.

Active knowledge of addiction medicine/behavioral health industry/markets

Outgoing personality, ability to connect and engage people openly and build rapport.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with various teams.

Ability to travel when needed and flexibility in scheduling.

Excellent communication skills, time management and ability to utilize reporting and CRM software platforms.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

QUALIFICATIONS:

EXPERIENCE

Required: 2+ years of experience in a similar role

EDUCATION:

Associate Degree or equivalent experience (Required)

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related equivalent experience (Preferred)
