A Vehicle Technology/Delivery Specialist under the guidance of the New Vehicle Sales Manager, will assist the sales staff in the delivery of vehicles to customers. The goal of the Tech Specialist is to ensure customers begin their ownership experience by knowing how to fully operate their vehicle. This position is an excellent opportunity to learn the Lexus product and pursue a career in the sales department.Assist customers in the delivery of their vehiclesFollow-up with customers regarding the delivery of their vehicleMaintain a high degree of product and technical knowledge in the following technologies: Bluetooth, Enform 2.0, Safety Connect, Navigation System, Park Assist, Home Link and ect...Present Lexus Products in an effective manner that ensures customer understandingResolve customer inquiries for vehicle technology issuesRequirements:
High school diploma or general education degree required (GED)Additional training and education a plusRelated technical experience preferredMust also possess
