Good news! 1WorldSync is looking for an Account Manager, Mid-Market/SMB to join our team. 1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With over 600 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we're seeking an Account Manager, MM/SMB to support our growing global team. Reporting directly to our Managing Director, UGC Solutions, the Account Manager, MM/SMB will play a key role in renewing and upselling existing accounts for 1WorldSync. As an Account Manager, MM/SMB at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customersBuild a territory plan to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for upsellingStrategic account planningCreate & articulate compelling value propositions around 1WS servicesConduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clientsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfactionCollaborate across business units to identify cross-sell opportunitiesComplete renewals while minimizing churn and maximizing price increasesAttain Purchase Order (if needed) in order for the deal to officially be bookedNegotiate and close contracts, ensuring the company's goals, renewal goals, and individual quota goals are all achievedUse CRM for all sales processes and activitiesIdentifying solution enhancements or innovations to best serve & anticipate customer needs.Navigate sophisticated procurement cycles with multi-stakeholder sign-off including executives, legal, information security, etc. Develop and negotiate proposals and contractsOther duties as assignedRequired Skills and Experience:

5+ years of work experience in solutions-based Sales and Account Management roles managing Enterprise-level clients with multi-level organizations that have numerous business drivers and priorities.A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of relevant experience requiredDesired Skills and Experience:

Industry experience in eCommerce is preferredProven skills in consultative sales experience for products/solutions that affect multiple areas of a businessDemonstrated success using excellent sales organization skills, attention to detail, and customer focusA collaborative teammate with excellent verbal and written communication skillsThe desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goalsThe ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environmentThe ability to establish and maintain executive-level relationshipsA naturally curious and passionate personalityA keenly developed competitive natureA self-driven sense of motivationBenefits:

This is preferred to be a hybrid position that requires 3 days per week at our Chicago headquarters location, but open to remote in any of the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI.This role requires the candidate to have the authority to work in, and be located in the US.This position requires up to 30% travel.
