By narrowly defining the Core Purpose, you re able to define what s needed to solve the existing business challenge(s) Entegris is seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment where safety, quality and continuous improvement are paramount. You will be a key player on a dynamic New Product Development team to oversee the development, deployment and support of various delivery systems in the company s Advanced Deposition Materials group. Challenges will vary depending on the industry needs which will require innovation and multi-faceted solutions. This role will include direct interaction with a broad range of global senior, technical and functional management and subject matter experts throughout the organization and at contract manufacturers. This role may also include frequent customer interaction while working with the Entegris field service team for support. These delivery systems support the delivery of specialty chemicals used by our customers to build high performance semiconductor products. (1.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team. (2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity (3.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). (4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
